About Us

We have enjoyed caring for individual trees as well as tracts of land in our special way for many years, and have developed special techniques and equipment for the care of your property.

I am Michael Tapler, I would like to give a little background. My degrees are in Arboriculture and Plant Science with concentrations in plant nutrition, entomology, pathology and urban forestry.

I perform a thorough inspection of your property including, but not limited to individual plantings (trees and shrubs). I look for insert and disease problems as well as wether the trees have any treatable wounds, if they are mulched too deep or planted properly. I can quickly evaluate the health of your trees and soil, and I am glad to do a more intensive study of the tree or  surrounding soil to evaluate the nutrient content of the soil and the vigor of the trees.

I would be glad to walk through your woodlands and show you the varieties of species that you have and how to identify them. We can talk about the different trees and the benefits of each type of tree. I do not want to cut down your beautiful trees! I am not a logger, nor do I perform that type of service. I do remove dead, dying, and diseased trees in order to make your woodlands healthier, more attractive and accessible to you.

I work very hard to get the most out of my clients’ tree care dollar, and can identify problems early on. The early detection problems can save you money, and perhaps the life of the tree(s) on your property.
